UcoZ Money is the affiliate ptogram of the UcoZ project (http://www.ucoz.com). Affiliate program is a popular form of cooperation between commercial sites and Internet users, who wish to earn money. UCOZ AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND UCOZ MEDIA, Ltd. ("UcoZ"). BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU'RE AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION.

1. Participation in program

Any individual or corporate person ("Partner") can take part in UcoZ Affiliate Program "UcoZ Money" ("Program"). Every Partner is required to agree to the following Terms and Conditions AS IS.

2. Enrollment into the Program

To enroll, Partner must complete and submit the online application at http://money.ucoz.com/main/reg/. Partner is engaged to provide correct and true data in this and all other forms and applications used in the Program. It's possible to change any inputted values, except secret question/answer and date of birth, later by means of Program's interface ("Interface").

3. Placing advertisement and affiliation code

Partner is engaged to place corresponding HTML affiliation code only on his/her own sites or in other places where it's not forbidden (e.g. you can place the code in your signature at some forum if forum rules doesn't forbid this).

It's strictly prohibited to use unauthorized posting (SPAM) to e-mails, forums, guest books etc.

Affiliation code CANNOT be placed on sites which:

Promote, contain or link to sexually explicit materials.
Promote violence.
Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Promote illegal activities.
Violate intellectual property rights or violate laws of United States or European Union.
Contain any libelous, defamatory or disparaging materials.

4. Partner's referrals

Partner gets reward only for UcoZ users and UcoZ Money partners attracted by his advertisement ("Users"). In case some User was attracted by several Partners, only the latest one gets a reward. Tracking of a User is possible only if his/her browser accepts Cookies.

A User will not be accounted as Partner's referral if:

User cannot be accounted by our system because of technical issues (disabled Cookies etc.).
User accomplishes registration process in more than 7 days after following the affiliation link.
The latest followed affiliation link was of another Partner.
Affiliation link was incorrect.

5. Referral fees

Since our Program has the abilities of payment system, Partner can transfer his/her funds to another UcoZ Money account, use them to pay for different services (e.g. UcoZ services) or move out through another payment system or bank at any time according to our tariffs.

In case a Partner is determined by UcoZ to have violated these terms and conditions his/her earnings can be decreased or entirely frozen depending on the weight of violations.

6. E-mail subscriptions

After registration every Partner is automatically subscribed to our News. This subscription cannot be canceled until Partner's membership is terminated as mentioned in paragraph 9 "Terms and Termination".

7. Using trademarks

After registration Partner gains nonexclusive, nontransferable, returnable right to use logotypes, trademarks, graphical and textual material given by Program but only according to these terms. Given materials cannot be used for advertising sites not participating in Program. Partner cannot modify given materials in such a way to harm Program's reputation.

If not mentioned separately, Partner gives to Program nonexclusive, nontransferable, returnable right to use names, logotypes, trademarks of Partner ("Partner's Materials") to promote the Program. In case Partner is not the sole owner of mentioned Partner's Materials and their usage by Program may lead to violation of somebody's rights, Partner must inform the Program about this through Support Service just after the registration.

Both Sides of Agreement agree not to use materials and names of each other in any way which may deceive or present any Side of Agreement or their relations from negative side.

8. Modification of present Terms and Conditions

UcoZ, at its sole discretion, may change present rules, policies, operating procedures, services offered, pricing and referral fees at any time without prior notice. Current version of this Agreement is accessible through http://money.ucoz.com/main/terms/. In case of modifications to Agreement all Partners will be notified by e-mail.

9. Terms and termination

The terms of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application packet and will end when terminated by either party. UcoZ may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. If no violations of present Agreement were determined, all Partner's earning can be moved out of UcoZ Money system in any way described in paragraph 5 "Referral fees".

Partner may terminate this Agreement at his/her sole discretion at any time by sending appropriate message to Support.

10. Responsibilities

UcoZ will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with the execution, operation or performance of this Agreement or the operation of the Program, regardless of whether we were informed or had direct or imputed knowledge of the possibility of such damages or loss in advance.

11. Relationship of Parties

You agree that you are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and UcoZ. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on Your Site or any other of Your Sites or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section.

12. Privacy policy

During registration Partner gives us some personal information. This information will not be disclosed to any unauthorized person.

Recipient of majority types of money transfers will be able to see the name of payer (latin transcription). To preserve own anonimity when doing internal transfers it's possible to use scratch cards.

Some types of activity (e.g. logging in, changing a password, making transfers) are logged to event log noting the time of event, description and Partner's IP-address. This log is viewable by Partner and servs to control, possibly, unauthorized activity of other persons. Also this log allows to track attempts to guess entrance or transfer password.
